Delivery and shipping conditions

We want you to receive your order quickly and safely. We therefore only work with reputable courier services. Domestic shipments are sent from our warehouse with UPS. If the goods are to be shipped directly from the manufacturer, another transport company such as Hermes, DHL or FedEx can be used as a courier service.

Shipping costs:

We ship domestic orders (Germany) for a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 6.90 incl. VAT. From 800 euros value of goods the delivery is free of charge.

Delivery times:

If the ordered goods are available, they will be dispatched after receipt of payment within the time specified on the product detail page. We will inform you immediately by email in the event of delivery delays. If, in exceptional cases, a product is permanently unavailable or exceptionally only available in an analog version, we will offer you an alternative without being asked. If the availability of the product is indicated as “on order”, we cannot make any binding statements regarding availability. In general, however, we are dependent on the manufacturers cooperating with us. We accept their stock levels. In some cases, these may not represent actual availability.

Insurance:

Our shipments are of course always insured up to the full invoice amount.
